The Norco Civic Association Christmas Parade is a family event. Please help us keep it that way!
All participants are asked to read and follow our guidelines.
The theme of the 2026 parade is:
Norco Noel: Santa Celebrates 250 Years of America
The deadline to enter is November 13th -- NO EXCEPTIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- All participants must submit an entry form and the $50 entry fee (high school bands are free)
- All participants MUST incorporate the theme and/or Christmas in float decorations, costumes, and music selection.
- Dance group costumes must be tasteful and Christmas-themed. Please submit a photo or sketch of your costume with your entry form.
- Music must be CLEAN and Christmas-y (ABSOLUTELY NO PROFANITY ALLOWED). You may be asked to submit a playlist before your application is accepted.
- Only ONE vehicle is permitted to follow marchers/dancers in the parade (Truck with Trailer will be allowed)
- Pageant queens must provide their own car/truck/convertible and signs/placards
- All vehicles must provide proof of insurance
- No drinking and driving!
- Horse groups must provide a pooper scooper and a scooper to scoop the poop
- No DJs or loudspeakers are allowed on the parade route
- Participants will be given a number for lining up on parade day. You will receive detailed instructions on when, where and how to line up.
- Please leave your pets at home
