The Norco Civic Association Christmas Parade is a family event. Please help us keep it that way!
All participants are asked to read and follow our guidelines.
The deadline to enter is November 8 -- NO EXCEPTIONS

All participants must submit an entry form and the $50 entry fee
- High school bands and antique cars do not have to pay an entry fee
- All participants are STRONGLY encouraged to incorporate the theme and/or Christmas in float decorations, costumes, and music selection.
- Dance group costumes must be tasteful and Christmas-themed. Please submit a photo or sketch of your costume with your entry form.
- Music must be CLEAN and Christmas-y (ABSOLUTELY NO PROFANITY ALLOWED). You must submit a playlist before your application is accepted.
- Only ONE vehicle is permitted to follow marchers/dancers in the parade (Truck with Trailer will be allowed)
- Pageant queens must provide their own car/truck/convertible and signs/placards
- ALL VEHICLES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE
- Horse groups must provide a pooper scooper and a scooper to scoop the poop
- No DJs or loudspeakers are allowed on the parade route
- Please leave your pets at home
- Participants will be given a number for lining up on parade day. You will receive detailed instructions.
